Food items are non-returnable
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns once an order is delivered.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, send a photo of the item and the package on WhatsApp (+91 63800 91375) within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund that item.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge until it is packed – just message us your order ID on WhatsApp. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the UPI ID or bank account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.
