Rasam podi roasted and ground at home and packed fresh in a zip pouch with a clear window.
Add 1 teaspoon to tamarind or tomato water, bring to a boil and finish with a tempering of mustard and curry leaves.
Store in a cool, dry place. Close the pack after use.
